כִּי־מֵ֥י נֹ֙חַ֙ זֹ֣את לִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁבַּ֗עְתִּי מֵעֲבֹ֥ר מֵי־נֹ֛חַ ע֖וֹד עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ כֵּ֥ן נִשְׁבַּ֛עְתִּי מִקְּצֹ֥ף עָלַ֖יִךְ וּמִגְּעָר־בָּֽךְ׃
Sapagkat ito ay tulad ng tubig ni Noe sa Akin: kung paanong sumumpa Ako na ang tubig ni Noe ay hindi na muling dadaan sa lupa, gayon din sumumpa Ako na hindi na Ako magagalit sa iyo ni sasawayin ka.
Exodus
Adonoy said to Moshe, “Go in to Pharaoh for I have hardened his heart and [also] the hearts of his servants, so that I will be able to set [perform] these [miraculous] signs in their midst.
