וַיִּתְפַּלֵּ֣ל יוֹנָ֔ה אֶל־יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהָ֑יו מִמְּעֵ֖י הַדָּגָֽה׃
At nanalangin si Jonas sa Walang-Hanggan na kanyang Diyos mula sa tiyan ng isda.

When I was [thus] afflicted, I called to the L rd and I cried out to G d. He heard my voice from His sanctuary, and my outcry before Him entered His ears.
