וְאִ֕ישׁ כִּֽי־תֵצֵ֥א מִמֶּ֖נּוּ שִׁכְבַת־זָ֑רַע וְרָחַ֥ץ בַּמַּ֛יִם אֶת־כָּל־בְּשָׂר֖וֹ וְטָמֵ֥א עַד־הָעָֽרֶב׃
At kapag ang isang lalaki ay nilabasan ng semilya, paliliguan niya sa tubig ang buo niyang katawan, at magiging marumi siya hanggang sa gabi.
