אֶ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ דֹּרֵ֣שׁ אֹתָ֑הּ תָּמִ֗יד עֵינֵ֨י יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ בָּ֔הּ מֵֽרֵשִׁית֙ הַשָּׁנָ֔ה וְעַ֖ד אַחֲרִ֥ית שָׁנָֽה׃ (ס)
isang lupain na pinangangalagaan ng Walang-Hanggan na iyong Diyos; ang mga mata ng Walang-Hanggan na iyong Diyos ay laging nakatuon dito, mula sa simula ng taon hanggang sa katapusan ng taon.

it is a land which the Lord your God inquireth after by His Word, that He may bless it evermore; the eyes of the Lord your God look upon it from the beginning of the year to the year’s end.
