וְעָשִׂיתָ֮ שְׁתֵּ֣י טַבְּע֣וֹת זָהָב֒ וְנָתַתָּ֣ה אֹתָ֡ם עַל־שְׁתֵּי֩ כִתְפ֨וֹת הָאֵפ֤וֹד מִלְּמַ֙טָּה֙ מִמּ֣וּל פָּנָ֔יו לְעֻמַּ֖ת מֶחְבַּרְתּ֑וֹ מִמַּ֕עַל לְחֵ֖שֶׁב הָאֵפֽוֹד׃
At gagawa ka ng dalawang singsing na ginto, at ilalagay mo ang mga ito sa ibabang bahagi ng dalawang pambalikat ng efod, sa harapang bahagi nito, katapat ng pinagdugtungan nito, sa itaas ng hinabing pamigkis ng efod.
Targum Jonathan
And thou shalt make (likewise) two golden chains, and fix them upon the two shoulders of the ephod beneath, towards its front, towards the place of its conjoinment above the girdle of the ephod;
