וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֗ה הִנֵּ֨ה אָנֹכִ֜י יוֹצֵ֤א מֵֽעִמָּךְ֙ וְהַעְתַּרְתִּ֣י אֶל־יְהוָ֔ה וְסָ֣ר הֶעָרֹ֗ב מִפַּרְעֹ֛ה מֵעֲבָדָ֥יו וּמֵעַמּ֖וֹ מָחָ֑ר רַ֗ק אַל־יֹסֵ֤ף פַּרְעֹה֙ הָתֵ֔ל לְבִלְתִּי֙ שַׁלַּ֣ח אֶת־הָעָ֔ם לִזְבֹּ֖חַ לַֽיהוָֽה׃
At sinabi ni Moises: “Narito, lalabas ako mula sa iyong harapan, at mananalangin ako sa Walang-Hanggan, at aalis ang halu-halong mababangis na hayop kay Faraon, sa kanyang mga lingkod, at sa kanyang bayan bukas; huwag lamang muling manlinlang si Faraon sa hindi pagpapahintulot na umalis ang bayan upang maghandog sa Walang-Hanggan.”
Targum Jonathan
And Mosheh said, I will go forth from thee, and pray before the Lord to remove the swarm of wild beasts from Pharoh, and from his servants, and from his people, tomorrow; only let not Pharoh add to deceive, in not releasing the people to offer the festal sacrifices before the Lord.
