חסידות אויף תהילים 73:25

מִי־לִ֥י בַשָּׁמָ֑יִם וְ֝עִמְּךָ֗ לֹא־חָפַ֥צְתִּי בָאָֽרֶץ׃

װעמען נאָך האָב איך אין הימל?און צו דיר באַגער איך ניט קײנעם אױף דער ערד.

The Gate of Unity

In other words, he will despise his life with total and true negation of self, as written,10Psalms 73:25-26 “Who [but You] do I have in the heavens? And beside You I desire nothing on earth. My flesh and my heart fail: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever.”

The Gate of Unity

This [matter] is further [emphasized by] the verse,5Psalms 73:25 “Who have I in the heavens but You? And there is none upon earth that I desire beside You.” “Who have I in the heavens” refers to the general encompassing [light] (Sovev) before the Tzimtzum, which is called “the heavens of the heavens.”
