הִ֣וא מוּצֵ֗את וְהִ֨יא שָׁלְחָ֤ה אֶל־חָמִ֙יהָ֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר לְאִישׁ֙ אֲשֶׁר־אֵ֣לֶּה לּ֔וֹ אָנֹכִ֖י הָרָ֑ה וַתֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הַכֶּר־נָ֔א לְמִ֞י הַחֹתֶ֧מֶת וְהַפְּתִילִ֛ים וְהַמַּטֶּ֖ה הָאֵֽלֶּה׃
װי זי איז אַרױסגעפירט געװאָרן, אַזױ האָט זי געשיקט זאָגן צו איר שװער: פֿון דעם מאַן װאָס די דאָזיקע געהערן צו אים, בין איך טראָגעדיק. און זי האָט געזאָגט: דערקען אַקאָרשט װעמעס איז דער דאָזיקער זיגלרינג, און די שנורן, און דער שטעקן?
Bat Ayin
29 She was being taken out, and she sent [word] to her father-in-law saying, with a valid excuse, that Satan was lying in what he said about people that they are attached with great longing to their evil desires. The truth is this: By the man to whom these belong [from him] am I pregnant. This means that we, His people, are attached only to the Creator of the Worlds, may He be blessed, Who is the Source of Kindness. The numerical value of the word these is 36.Those things that we sometimes do against the Will of the Blessed Creator, are because of the great difficulties (weight) of the times and earning a living and other events of people. In truth, in the deepest levels of the heart, we are attached with great love only to the Blessed Creator of the Worlds.
