מֵרָח֕וֹק יְהוָ֖ה נִרְאָ֣ה לִ֑י וְאַהֲבַ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ אֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ עַל־כֵּ֖ן מְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְ חָֽסֶד׃
פֿון װײַטן האָט גאָט זיך באַװיזן צו מיר: יאָ, אײביקע ליבשאַפֿט האָב איך דיך ליב, דרום צי איך דיך צו מיט גענאָד.

appeared to me I, the prophet, and told me to say to the congregation of Israel, “With everlasting love have I loved you.”

“Again you shall take up your timbrels, etc.” [31:3]. You will go out of the exile with much joy and goodness, just like someone who goes with timbrels and with dances.
