וְשָׁפַ֤ט בְּצֶ֙דֶק֙ דַּלִּ֔ים וְהוֹכִ֥יחַ בְּמִישׁ֖וֹר לְעַנְוֵי־אָ֑רֶץ וְהִֽכָּה־אֶ֙רֶץ֙ בְּשֵׁ֣בֶט פִּ֔יו וּבְר֥וּחַ שְׂפָתָ֖יו יָמִ֥ית רָשָֽׁע׃
נאָר ער װעט משפּטן מיט גערעכטיקײט די אָרימע, און אַנטשײדן מיט יושר פֿאַר די געדריקטע פֿון לאַנד; און ער װעט שלאָגן דאָס לאַנד מיט דער רוט פֿון זײַן מױל, און מיטן אָטעם פֿון זײַנע ליפּן װעט ער טײטן דעם רָשע.
Ibn Ezra
And he will judge the poor with justice. According to the rule, Neither shalt thou countenance the poor in his cause (Exod. 33:3).
