וּלְר֖וּחַ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט לַיּוֹשֵׁב֙ עַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט וְלִ֨גְבוּרָ֔ה מְשִׁיבֵ֥י מִלְחָמָ֖ה שָֽׁעְרָה׃ (ס)
און פֿאַר אַ גײַסט פֿון משפּטפֿאַר דעם װאָס זיצט איבערן משפּט, און פֿאַר גבֿורהצו די װאָס שלאָגן צוריק די מלחמה בײַם טױער.
Rashi
And for a spirit of justice will the Holy One, blessed be He, be, i.e., to teach justice, to him who sits in judgment.
Ibn Ezra
To him that sitteth in judgment. To the judges. God will strengthen them. אל השער ═ שערה.
