רַגְלֵיהֶם֙ לָרַ֣ע יָרֻ֔צוּ וִֽימַהֲר֔וּ לִשְׁפֹּ֖ךְ דָּ֣ם נָקִ֑י מַחְשְׁבֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙ מַחְשְׁב֣וֹת אָ֔וֶן שֹׁ֥ד וָשֶׁ֖בֶר בִּמְסִלּוֹתָֽם׃
זײערע פֿיס לױפֿן צו שלעכטס, און זײ אײַלן צו פֿאַרגיסן אומשולדיק בלוט; זײערע טראַכטונגען זײַנען טראַכטונגען פֿון אומרעכט, פֿאַרװיסטונג און בראָך זײַנען אין זײערע שליאַכן.
Ibn Ezra
Their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity, of wasting and destruction in their paths, that is, in the paths which they go. The second half of the verse contains the same idea as the first half.
