עֲ֠וֺנֹתֵיכֶם וַעֲוֺנֹ֨ת אֲבוֹתֵיכֶ֤ם יַחְדָּו֙ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֤ר קִטְּרוּ֙ עַל־הֶ֣הָרִ֔ים וְעַל־הַגְּבָע֖וֹת חֵרְפ֑וּנִי וּמַדֹּתִ֧י פְעֻלָּתָ֛ם רִֽאשֹׁנָ֖ה על־[אֶל־] חֵיקָֽם׃ (ס)
אײַערע זינד אין אײנעם מיט די זינד פֿון אײַערע עלטערן, זאָגט גאָט, װאָס האָבן גערײַכערט אױף די בערג, און אױף די הײכן מיך געלעסטערט; דרום װעל איך אָפּמעסטן צוערשט זײער לױט אין זײער בוזעם.

Your iniquities, etc. You have added sins to the sins of your forefathers. I measured their former work into their bosom. Your fathers went into exile for their idolatry.
