אִם־לַלֵּצִ֥ים הֽוּא־יָלִ֑יץ ולעניים [וְ֝לַעֲנָוִ֗ים] יִתֶּן־חֵֽן׃
אױב שפּעטער – מאַכט ער זײ צום געשפּעט, אָבער די שטילע גיט ער חן.

If [one goes] to the scoffers If a person is attracted to them, he too will scoff with them.
