יָפִ֣יחַ כְּ֭זָבִים עֵ֣ד שָׁ֑קֶר וּמְשַׁלֵּ֥חַ מְ֝דָנִ֗ים בֵּ֣ין אַחִֽים׃ (פ)
אַ פֿאַלשער עדות װאָס אָטעמט מיט ליגנס, און דער װאָס מאַכט אָן קריג צװישן ברידער.

[one who] speaks Heb. יפיח, lit. he blows. This is an expression of speech since all speech is a product of the breath of the mouth.
