וָאֱהִ֨י עֹלֶ֤ה בַנַּ֙חַל֙ לַ֔יְלָה וָאֱהִ֥י שֹׂבֵ֖ר בַּחוֹמָ֑ה וָאָשׁ֗וּב וָאָב֛וֹא בְּשַׁ֥עַר הַגַּ֖יְא וָאָשֽׁוּב׃
און איך בין אַרױפֿגעגאַנגען דורכן טאָל אין דער נאַכט, און האָב באַטראַכט די מױער; און איך האָב זיך אומגעקערט און בין געקומען צום טױער פֿון טאָל, און האָב זיך צוריקגעקערט.
