וָאֱהִ֣י נָ֭גוּעַ כָּל־הַיּ֑וֹם וְ֝תוֹכַחְתִּ֗י לַבְּקָרִֽים׃
װאָרום איך בין געװען געפּלאָגט אַ גאַנצן טאָג, און אַלע פֿרימאָרגן איז געװען מײַן שטראָף.
Rashi
and my chastisement appears all day; constantly, from morning to morning, new troubles are renewed.

All day long. Every day: And also in the mornings. Continuously, with every morning, I receive rebuke and affliction at their hands.
