מוסר אויף שמות 5:23

וּמֵאָ֞ז בָּ֤אתִי אֶל־פַּרְעֹה֙ לְדַבֵּ֣ר בִּשְׁמֶ֔ךָ הֵרַ֖ע לָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֑ה וְהַצֵּ֥ל לֹא־הִצַּ֖לְתָּ אֶת־עַמֶּֽךָ׃

אַז זינט איך בין געקומען צו פַּרעהן, צו רעדן אין דײַן נאָמען, באַגײט ער זיך נאָך ערגער מיט דעם דאָזיקן פֿאָלק, און מציל זײַן האָסטו ניט מציל געװען דײַן פֿאָלק.

Shenei Luchot HaBerit

Though Pharaoh had intended the opposite, and even Moses had remonstrated with G–d (Exodus 5,22-23), he was taught that this was an occasion when in order to build anew, one must first tear down the old. The very addition of affliction resulted in accelerated redemption.
