וְאִם־אֲסוּרִ֥ים בַּזִּקִּ֑ים יִ֝לָּכְד֗וּן בְּחַבְלֵי־עֹֽנִי׃
און אױב זײ זײַנען געשמידט אין קײטן, באַצװוּנגען אין שטריק פֿון פּײַן,
Rashi
But if he becomes arrogant, etc.: Hence the verses are adjacent - "He establishes them forever, and they are exalted"; and "And if they are bound in chains" (Job 36:8): Because they raise themselves, they come to poverty and afflictions.
