וּֽבְדַבְּרִ֤י אֽוֹתְךָ֙ אֶפְתַּ֣ח אֶת־פִּ֔יךָ וְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהֹוִ֑ה הַשֹּׁמֵ֤עַ ׀ יִשְׁמָע֙ וְהֶחָדֵ֣ל ׀ יֶחְדָּ֔ל כִּ֛י בֵּ֥ית מְרִ֖י הֵֽמָּה׃ (ס)
ערשט װען איך רעד מיט דיר, װעל איך עפֿענען דײַן מױל;און זאָלסט זאָגן צו זײ:אַזױ האָט געזאָגט גאָט דער האַר:דער װאָס װיל הערן, זאָל הערן, און דער װאָס װיל פֿאַרמײַדן, זאָל פֿאַרמײַדן;װאָרום אַ װידערשפּעניק געזינדל זײַנען זײ.

and if not, forbear And I, too, will not do good for you. We find that the Holy One, blessed be He, said similarly to Ezekiel (3:27): “He that hears, let him hear, and he that forbears, let him forbear.”
