וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֗י בֶּן־אָדָם֙ כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה אֵ֚לֶּה חֻקּ֣וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַ בְּי֖וֹם הֵעָֽשׂוֹת֑וֹ לְהַעֲל֤וֹת עָלָיו֙ עוֹלָ֔ה וְלִזְרֹ֥ק עָלָ֖יו דָּֽם׃
און ער האָט צו מיר געזאָגט: מענטשנקינד, אַזױ האָט געזאָגט גאָט דער האַר: דאָס זײַנען די געזעצן פֿון מזבח אין דעם טאָג װאָס ער װערט געמאַכט, כּדי אױפֿצוברענגען אױף אים בראַנדאָפּפֿער, און צו שפּרענגען אױף אים בלוט.
Rashi
So says the Lord God: In the first month, on the first of the month, you shall take a young bull [and] without blemish This is the bull of investiture mentioned at the beginning of this section (43:18 27), and he teaches [us] here that the investiture should be on the first of Nissan.
