וְשִׁחֲת֞וּ חֹמ֣וֹת צֹ֗ר וְהָֽרְסוּ֙ מִגְדָּלֶ֔יהָ וְסִֽחֵיתִ֥י עֲפָרָ֖הּ מִמֶּ֑נָּה וְנָתַתִּ֥י אוֹתָ֖הּ לִצְחִ֥יחַ סָֽלַע׃
און זײ װעלן צעשטערן די מױערן פֿון צור, און אײַנװאַרפֿן אירע טורעמס;און איך װעל אָפּשאָבן איר ערד פֿון איר, און װעל זי מאַכן פֿאַר אַ גלאַטן פֿעלדז.
Ben Sira
And he scraped them from the earth and rooted them out, and erased their memorial from earth. [Ezekiel 26:4. Alternatively: "He rooted out their cartilage from the land" See M. Pesachim 7:11]
