וַיַּ֨עַשׂ הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ מִשְׁתֶּ֣ה גָד֗וֹל לְכָל־שָׂרָיו֙ וַעֲבָדָ֔יו אֵ֖ת מִשְׁתֵּ֣ה אֶסְתֵּ֑ר וַהֲנָחָ֤ה לַמְּדִינוֹת֙ עָשָׂ֔ה וַיִּתֵּ֥ן מַשְׂאֵ֖ת כְּיַ֥ד הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃
און דער מלך האָט געמאַכט אַ גרױסן מאָלצײַט פֿאַר אַלע זײַנע האַרן און זײַנע קנעכט, אַ מאָלצײַט פֿון אסתּרס װעגן. און ער האָט געמאַכט די מדינות אַ הנָחה, און געגעבן מתּנות מיט אַ קיניגלעכער האַנט.
Ecclesiastes
If the spirit [of judgment] of the Ruler arises against you, do not leave your place [i.e., do not abandon those good traits that you possess], for it [i.e., the suffering that comes upon you] attenuates your transgressions and lightens [your] grave sins.
