וַיִּגְּשׁ֤וּ אֵלָיו֙ וַ֣יֹּאמְר֔וּ גִּדְרֹ֥ת צֹ֛אן נִבְנֶ֥ה לְמִקְנֵ֖נוּ פֹּ֑ה וְעָרִ֖ים לְטַפֵּֽנוּ׃
האָבן זײ גענענט צו אים, און האָבן געזאָגט: שאָפֿגעהעפֿטן פֿאַר אונדזער פֿי װעלן מיר דאָ בױען, און שטעט פֿאַר אונדזערע קלײנע קינדער.
Proverbs
An inheritance pursued in haste in the beginning [e.g., that of the sons of Gad and the sons of Reuven (viz. Numbers 32:16)] will not be blessed in the end. [(They were exiled several years before the other tribes.)]
