כָּל־מַ֨כֵּה־נֶ֔פֶשׁ לְפִ֣י עֵדִ֔ים יִרְצַ֖ח אֶת־הָרֹצֵ֑חַ וְעֵ֣ד אֶחָ֔ד לֹא־יַעֲנֶ֥ה בְנֶ֖פֶשׁ לָמֽוּת׃
װער נאָר עס דערשלאָגט אַ נפֿש, זאָל מען הרגען דעם מערדער לױט דעם מױל פֿון עדות; און אײן עדות קען ניט עדות-זאָגן אױף אַ מענטשן, ער זאָל שטאַרבן.
Deuteronomy
One witness may not arise against a man about any sin or for any transgression or transgression that he transgresses; by the word of two witnesses or by the word of three witnesses let a matter be established.
Numbers
The blood avenger shall kill the murderer, wherever he meets him he may kill him.
