וּבְבֹ֨א מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶל־אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵד֮ לְדַבֵּ֣ר אִתּוֹ֒ וַיִּשְׁמַ֨ע אֶת־הַקּ֜וֹל מִדַּבֵּ֣ר אֵלָ֗יו מֵעַ֤ל הַכַּפֹּ֙רֶת֙ אֲשֶׁר֙ עַל־אֲרֹ֣ן הָעֵדֻ֔ת מִבֵּ֖ין שְׁנֵ֣י הַכְּרֻבִ֑ים וַיְדַבֵּ֖ר אֵלָֽיו׃ (פ)
און אַז משה איז געקומען אין אוֹהל-מוֹעד כּדי גאָט זאָל רעדן מיט אים, האָט ער געהערט דעם קָול רעדן צו אים פֿון איבער דעם דעק װאָס אױפֿן אָרון פֿון געזעץ, פֿון צװישן די צװײ כּרובֿים; אַזױ האָט ער גערעדט צו אים.
Leviticus
And He called to Moshe, and Adonoy spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying:

He set up the enclosure around the mishkon and the altar, and put up the screen at the enclosure’s entrance, and thus Moshe completed the work.

Moshe was unable to enter the Tent of Meeting because the cloud rested on it, and the glory of Adonoy filled the mishkon.
