אֵ֣לֶּה הֵ֞ם בְּנֵ֤י יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙ וְאֵ֣לֶּה שְׁמֹתָ֔ם בְּחַצְרֵיהֶ֖ם וּבְטִֽירֹתָ֑ם שְׁנֵים־עָשָׂ֥ר נְשִׂיאִ֖ם לְאֻמֹּתָֽם׃
דאָס זײַנען די זין פֿון יִשמָעֵאלן, און דאָס זײַנען זײערע נעמען אין זײערע דערפֿער, און אין זײערע לאַגערן; צװעלף פֿירשטן לױט זײערע פֿעלקער. –
Genesis
And as for Yishmael, I have heard you [I have accepted your prayer]. I have blessed him, and I will make him fruitful, and will increase him exceedingly. He will become the father of twelve princes, and I will make him into a great nation.
