וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֵלַ֗י אֶל־תָּ֙צַר֙ אֶת־מוֹאָ֔ב וְאַל־תִּתְגָּ֥ר בָּ֖ם מִלְחָמָ֑ה כִּ֠י לֹֽא־אֶתֵּ֨ן לְךָ֤ מֵֽאַרְצוֹ֙ יְרֻשָּׁ֔ה כִּ֣י לִבְנֵי־ל֔וֹט נָתַ֥תִּי אֶת־עָ֖ר יְרֻשָּֽׁה׃

און גאָט האָט צו מיר געזאָגט: זאָלסט ניט פֿײַנטן מוֹאָבֿ, און ניט פֿאַרפֿירן מיט זײ אַ מלחמה, װאָרום איך װעל דיר פֿון זײַן לאַנד ניט געבן קײן אַרב, װײַל צו די קינדער פֿון לוֹט האָב איך געגעבן עָר אַ ירושה. –
