וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה נְטֵ֨ה יָדְךָ֜ עַל־אֶ֤רֶץ מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ בָּֽאַרְבֶּ֔ה וְיַ֖עַל עַל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְיֹאכַל֙ אֶת־כָּל־עֵ֣שֶׂב הָאָ֔רֶץ אֵ֛ת כָּל־אֲשֶׁ֥ר הִשְׁאִ֖יר הַבָּרָֽד׃
האָט גאָט געזאָגט צו משהן: שטרעק אױס דײַן האַנט אױפֿן לאַנד מִצרַיִם װעגן דעם הײשעריק, און ער װעט אַרױפֿגײן אױפֿן לאַנד מִצרַיִם, און װעט אױפֿעסן יעטװעדער קרײַטעכץ פֿון דער ערד, אַלץ װאָס דער האָגל האָט איבערגעלאָזן.
