הַקָּהָ֕ל חֻקָּ֥ה אַחַ֛ת לָכֶ֖ם וְלַגֵּ֣ר הַגָּ֑ר חֻקַּ֤ת עוֹלָם֙ לְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם כָּכֶ֛ם כַּגֵּ֥ר יִהְיֶ֖ה לִפְנֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
קהל! אײן געזעץ זאָל זײַן פֿאַר אײַך און פֿאַר דעם פֿרעמדן װאָס האַלט זיך אױף, אַן אײביק געזעץ אױף אײַערע דָור-דורות; װי איר, אַזױ זאָל זײַן דער פֿרעמדער פֿאַר גאָט.
Targum Jonathan
For the whole congregation there is one statute, for you and the sojourner who sojourneth; it is an everlasting statute for your generations; as with you, so shall it be with the sojourner before the Lord.
