וַיָּ֨רֶם מֹשֶׁ֜ה אֶת־יָד֗וֹ וַיַּ֧ךְ אֶת־הַסֶּ֛לַע בְּמַטֵּ֖הוּ פַּעֲמָ֑יִם וַיֵּצְאוּ֙ מַ֣יִם רַבִּ֔ים וַתֵּ֥שְׁתְּ הָעֵדָ֖ה וּבְעִירָֽם׃ (ס)
און משה האָט אױפֿגעהױבן זײַן האַנט, און האָט געשלאָגן דעם פֿעלז מיט זײַן שטעקן צװײ מאָל, און עס איז אַרױס אַ סך װאַסער, און די עדה און זײער פֿי האָבן געטרונקען.
Targum Jonathan
And Mosheh lifted up his hand, and with his rod struck the rock two times: at the first time it dropped blood; but at the second time there came forth a multitude of waters. And the congregation and their cattle drank.
