וַיְבָ֤רֶךְ אֱלֹהִים֙ אֶת־י֣וֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִ֔י וַיְקַדֵּ֖שׁ אֹת֑וֹ כִּ֣י ב֤וֹ שָׁבַת֙ מִכָּל־מְלַאכְתּ֔וֹ אֲשֶׁר־בָּרָ֥א אֱלֹהִ֖ים לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃ (פ)
און גאָט האָט געבענטשט דעם זיבעטן טאָג, און האָט אים געהײליקט, װאָרום אין אים האָט ער גערוט פֿון זײַן גאַנצער אַרבעט װאָס גאָט האָט באַשאַפֿנדיק געמאַכט.
Onkelos Genesis
...And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it because on it he rested from all of his work that God created to do.
Targum Jonathan
And the Lord blessed the Seventh Day more than all the days of the week, and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His works which the Lord had created and had willed to make.
