אֶ֕רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ דֹּרֵ֣שׁ אֹתָ֑הּ תָּמִ֗יד עֵינֵ֨י יְהוָ֤ה אֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙ בָּ֔הּ מֵֽרֵשִׁית֙ הַשָּׁנָ֔ה וְעַ֖ד אַחֲרִ֥ית שָׁנָֽה׃ (ס)
אַ לאַנד װאָס ה׳ דײַן גאָט זאָרגט זיך אום דעם; תּמיד זײַנען די אױגן פֿון ה׳ דײַן גאָט דערױף פֿון אָנהײב יאָר ביז סָוף יאָר.
Targum Jonathan
it is a land which the Lord your God inquireth after by His Word, that He may bless it evermore; the eyes of the Lord your God look upon it from the beginning of the year to the year’s end.
Targum Jerusalem
A land which the Lord your God inquireth after continually.

The land of your Lord is a land to be cherished, and His care for it is constant from the beginning of the year to its end
