וְכִי־תָבֹ֣אוּ אֶל־הָאָ֗רֶץ וּנְטַעְתֶּם֙ כָּל־עֵ֣ץ מַאֲכָ֔ל וַעֲרַלְתֶּ֥ם עָרְלָת֖וֹ אֶת־פִּרְי֑וֹ שָׁלֹ֣שׁ שָׁנִ֗ים יִהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶ֛ם עֲרֵלִ֖ים לֹ֥א יֵאָכֵֽל׃
און אַז איר װעט קומען אין דעם לאַנד, און װעט פֿלאַנצן אַלערלײ עסבײמער, זאָלט איר לאָזן זײער פֿרוכט אומבאַשניטן; דרײַ יאָר זאָל עס אײַך זײַן אומבאַשניטן, עס זאָל ניט געגעסן װערן.
Targum Jonathan
And when you have come into the land, and have planted any tree that may be eaten of, you shall verily circumcise the fruit of it; three years shall it be to you for rejection, to be destroyed; it shall not be eaten.
