הוֹצֵ֣א אֶת־הַֽמְקַלֵּ֗ל אֶל־מִחוּץ֙ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה וְסָמְכ֧וּ כָֽל־הַשֹּׁמְעִ֛ים אֶת־יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל־רֹאשׁ֑וֹ וְרָגְמ֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ כָּל־הָעֵדָֽה׃
פיר אַרױס דעם װאָס האָט געשאָלטן, אױסן לאַגער, און אַלע װאָס האָבן געהערט זאָלן אָנלענען זײערע הענט אױף זײַן קאָפּ, און די גאַנצע עדה זאָל אים פֿאַרשטײנען.
Targum Jonathan
Bring forth the blasphemer without the camp, and let the witnesses who heard his blasphemy, and the judges, lay their hands upon his head, and let the whole congregation stone him with stones.
