הִנְנִ֣י עֹמֵד֩ לְפָנֶ֨יךָ שָּׁ֥ם ׀ עַֽל־הַצּוּר֮ בְּחֹרֵב֒ וְהִכִּ֣יתָ בַצּ֗וּר וְיָצְא֥וּ מִמֶּ֛נּוּ מַ֖יִם וְשָׁתָ֣ה הָעָ֑ם וַיַּ֤עַשׂ כֵּן֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה לְעֵינֵ֖י זִקְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
זע, איך װעל דאָרטן שטײן פֿאַר דיר אױפֿן פעלז אין חוֹרֵב; און זאָלסט שלאָגן דעם פעלז, און עס װעט אַרױסגײן פֿון אים װאַסער, און דאָס פֿאָלק װעט טרינקען. און משה האָט אַזױ געטאָן פֿאַר די אױגן פֿון די עלטסטע פֿון ישׂראל.
Targum Jonathan
Behold, I will stand before thee there, on the spot where thou sawest the impress of the foot on Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock with thy rod, and therefrom shall come forth waters for drinking, and the people shall drink. And Mosheh did so before the elders of Israel.
