וַיֹּ֛אמֶר חֹתֵ֥ן מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֵלָ֑יו לֹא־טוֹב֙ הַדָּבָ֔ר אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַתָּ֖ה עֹשֶֽׂה׃
האָט משהס שװער צו אים געזאָגט: ניט גוט איז די זאַך װאָס דו טוסט.
Targum Jonathan
And the father-in-law of Mosheh said to him, This thing that thou art doing is not well ordered;
