אֱלֹהִ֖ים לֹ֣א תְקַלֵּ֑ל וְנָשִׂ֥יא בְעַמְּךָ֖ לֹ֥א תָאֹֽר׃

Sons of Israel My people, ye shall not revile your judges, nor curse the rabbans who are appointed rulers among thy people.
