וַיֹּ֣אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֗ה מִלְא֨וּ יֶדְכֶ֤ם הַיּוֹם֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה כִּ֛י אִ֥ישׁ בִּבְנ֖וֹ וּבְאָחִ֑יו וְלָתֵ֧ת עֲלֵיכֶ֛ם הַיּ֖וֹם בְּרָכָֽה׃
און משה האָט געזאָגט: דערפֿילט אײַער האַנט הײַנט צו גאָט, װײַל איטלעכער איז געװען אַקעגן זײַן זון, און אַקעגן זײַן ברודער, און כּדי אײַך הײַנט צו געבן אַ ברכה.
Targum Jonathan
And Mosheh said, Offer your oblation for the shedding of the blood that is upon your hands, and make atonement for yourselves before the Lord, because you have smitten a man his son or his brother, and that you may bring a blessing upon you this day.
