וַיְמַהֵ֖ר מֹשֶׁ֑ה וַיִּקֹּ֥ד אַ֖רְצָה וַיִּשְׁתָּֽחוּ׃
האָט משה זיך גענײַגט אױף גיך צו דער ערד, און זיך געבוקט.
Targum Jonathan
And Mosheh made haste and bowed himself upon the earth and worshipped.

And Mosheh hastened and prostrated himself upon the earth, and gave thanks and glorified.
