וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֗ה אֱמֹ֣ר אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֡ן קַ֣ח מַטְּךָ֣ וּנְטֵֽה־יָדְךָ֩ עַל־מֵימֵ֨י מִצְרַ֜יִם עַֽל־נַהֲרֹתָ֣ם ׀ עַל־יְאֹרֵיהֶ֣ם וְעַל־אַגְמֵיהֶ֗ם וְעַ֛ל כָּל־מִקְוֵ֥ה מֵימֵיהֶ֖ם וְיִֽהְיוּ־דָ֑ם וְהָ֤יָה דָם֙ בְּכָל־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם וּבָעֵצִ֖ים וּבָאֲבָנִֽים׃
און גאָט האָט געזאָגט צו משהן: זאָג צו אַהרֹנען: נעם דײַן שטעקן, און שטרעק אױס דײַן האַנט אױף די װאַסערן פֿון מִצרַיִם, אױף זײערע שטראָמען, אױף זײערע טײַכן, און אױף זײערע געמױזעכצן, און אױף אַלע זײערע אָנזאַמלונגען פֿון װאַסער, און זײ זאָלן װערן בלוט; און עס זאָל זײַן בלוט אין גאַנצן לאַנד מִצרַיִם, סײַ אין הילצערנע כּלים, סײַ אין שטײנערנע.
Targum Jonathan
And the Lord said to Mosheh, Tell Aharon, Take thy rod and stretch forth thy hand over the waters of the Mizraee over their rivers, Over their trenches, over their canals, and over every place for collecting their waters, and they will become blood; and there shall be blood in all the land of Mizraim, and in vessels of wood and in vessels of stone.
