וְהַפִּשְׁתָּ֥ה וְהַשְּׂעֹרָ֖ה נֻכָּ֑תָה כִּ֤י הַשְּׂעֹרָה֙ אָבִ֔יב וְהַפִּשְׁתָּ֖ה גִּבְעֹֽל׃
און דער פֿלאַקס און דער גערשט זײַנען אױסגעשלאָגן געװאָרן, װאָרום דער גערשט איז געװען אין זאַנג, און דער פֿלאַקס אין בליִונג.
Targum Jonathan
And the flax and the barley were beaten down, because the barley was in the ear, and the flax was making pods.

The flax was (making) pods, for it had cast its flowers.
