לָ֭רֹכֵב בִּשְׁמֵ֣י שְׁמֵי־קֶ֑דֶם הֵ֥ן יִתֵּ֥ן בְּ֝קוֹלוֹ ק֣וֹל עֹֽז׃
צו דעם װאָס רײַט אױף די אוראַלטע הימלען פֿון די הימלען; זע, ער לאָזט אַרױס זײַן קָול, אַ מאַכטיקן קָול.
Aramaic Targum to Psalms
To the One sitting on His throne in the heavens of heavens of yore; He by His word will give by His voice a voice of the spirit of prophecy to the prophets.
