תֶּאְשַׁם֙ שֹֽׁמְר֔וֹן כִּ֥י מָרְתָ֖ה בֵּֽאלֹהֶ֑יהָ בַּחֶ֣רֶב יִפֹּ֔לוּ עֹלְלֵיהֶ֣ם יְרֻטָּ֔שׁוּ וְהָרִיּוֹתָ֖יו יְבֻקָּֽעוּ׃ (פ)

Samaria wird ihre Schuld tragen, denn sie hat gegen ihren Gott rebelliert; Sie werden durch das Schwert fallen; Ihre Kinder sollen in Stücke gerissen werden, und ihre Frauen mit Kind sollen zerrissen werden.

Tze'enah Ure'enah

“Samaria will bear her guilt because she has rebelled against God” [14:1]. The city of Samaria will be devastated. This is the best city of Ephraim. They will fall to the sword because they have rebelled against God.
