כָּל־כְּלִ֞י יוּצַ֤ר עָלַ֙יִךְ֙ לֹ֣א יִצְלָ֔ח וְכָל־לָשׁ֛וֹן תָּֽקוּם־אִתָּ֥ךְ לַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט תַּרְשִׁ֑יעִי זֹ֡את נַחֲלַת֩ עַבְדֵ֨י יְהוָ֧ה וְצִדְקָתָ֛ם מֵאִתִּ֖י נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃ (ס)
Jedes Gerät, gegen dich geschmiedet, richtet nichts aus, und jede Zunge, die gegen dich auftritt vor Gericht, sprichst du schuldig. Dies ist der Anteil der Knechte des Herrn und ihr Verdienst von mir, spricht der Herr.

יוצר עליך That is formed against thee. Shall not prosper, to become what it is destined to be; but it will be broken. יוצר Is formed. It is Hophal, similar in form to יוסר is taken away, (Lev. 4:35).
