Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
To Assyria.—Egypt and Assyria will be in peace together, after a part of the Egyptians have been taken captive and made subjects of the king of Assyria.28This assertion is probably based on the last words of this verse, And the Egyptians shall serve the Assyrians. (A. V., with the Assyrians.) The Hebrew את can, however, be explained in two ways: as the sign of the objective case, and as a preposition signifying with.
