וַיִּ֣שְׁבְּ ׀ יִ֠שְׁמָעֵאל אֶת־כָּל־שְׁאֵרִ֨ית הָעָ֜ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר בַּמִּצְפָּ֗ה אֶת־בְּנ֤וֹת הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־הָעָם֙ הַנִּשְׁאָרִ֣ים בַּמִּצְפָּ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר הִפְקִ֗יד נְבֽוּזַרְאֲדָן֙ רַב־טַבָּחִ֔ים אֶת־גְּדַלְיָ֖הוּ בֶּן־אֲחִיקָ֑ם וַיִּשְׁבֵּם֙ יִשְׁמָעֵ֣אל בֶּן־נְתַנְיָ֔ה וַיֵּ֕לֶךְ לַעֲבֹ֖ר אֶל־בְּנֵ֥י עַמּֽוֹן׃ (ס)
Dann trug Ismael alle Überreste des Volkes, das in Mizpa war, gefangen, sogar den König's Töchter und alle Leute, die in Mizpa geblieben waren und die Nebuzaradan, der Hauptmann der Wache, Gedaliah, dem Sohn Ahikams, anvertraut hatte; Ismael, der Sohn Nethanjas, trug sie gefangen weg und ging zu den Kindern Ammon.

And he carried away captive the remainder of the people who were in Mizpah: [the remainder] of those who had returned to the Land of Israel (as mentioned earlier Jeremiah 42:11) And all the people who remained of those who had already been in the Land of Israel whom Nebuzaradan had committed...
