וּמֶ֤ה ׀ לֹא־תִשָּׂ֣א פִשְׁעִי֮ וְתַעֲבִ֪יר אֶת־עֲוֺ֫נִ֥י כִּֽי־עַ֭תָּה לֶעָפָ֣ר אֶשְׁכָּ֑ב וְשִׁ֖חֲרְתַּ֣נִי וְאֵינֶֽנִּי׃ (פ)

Und warum hebst du nicht weg meine Missetat und schaffest fort meine Schuld? Denn nun läge ich im Staube, und suchtest du mich, ich wäre nicht da.
