וְהָסֵ֥ר כַּ֙עַס֙ מִלִּבֶּ֔ךָ וְהַעֲבֵ֥ר רָעָ֖ה מִבְּשָׂרֶ֑ךָ כִּֽי־הַיַּלְד֥וּת וְהַֽשַּׁחֲר֖וּת הָֽבֶל׃
Schaffe Gram aus deinem Herzen und beseitige das Leiden von deinem Leibe, denn Kindheit und Jugend sind vergänglich.
