וַתָּ֣רֶם כִּרְאֵ֣ים קַרְנִ֑י בַּ֝לֹּתִ֗י בְּשֶׁ֣מֶן רַעֲנָֽן׃
Und du erhöhst mein Horn wie das des Reëm; meine Verwelktheit [wird verwandelt] in einen grünenden Ölzweig.
Rashi on Psalms
to soak me with fresh oil Heb. בלתי. To soak me with the oil of dominion. בַלֹתִי is like (Num. 15: 9): “mingled (בלולה) with oil.”
